MISSION MOMENTS: Coming of Commuter Rail

After years of delays and negotiations between the three levels of government and Canadian Pacific Railway, Premier Mike Harcourt pledged on May 18th, 1994 to build a commuter rail service linking Mission with downtown Vancouver.
